Revelations

So here's what I've found out. I would have reported on it before, but I wasn't completely sure. After a few nights' research, I finally made sense of that date: 5-24-68.

Hatton is a small city, around 9500 people in it. We see the same people every day, and it's not often we leave the city limits. How many have you seen the "Welcome" sign lately? When I couldn't find anything significant regarding Hatton in the last century, I thought I'd check further back. It took a bit of time because there's absolutely no info about the city online. I ended up spending a few hours at the library to learn even the barest amount of information.

Get this. May 25, 1868 is when the city was founded. So they're trying to do something on the city's anniversary! Which is why they need to find whatever they're trying to find before construction starts. It's something they don't want people to find out about so they're searching at night.

This is getting more and more confusing. Who are these people? Who hired them? I have a feeling that I'm missing something. Also have a feeling they are too. Back to the books I guess.
