Late Night Workers

I've been watching the Big Green for the last few nights to see if I could catch anyone working for that construction company coming by. I mean the initial notice went up over night, so I think they are trying to be inconspicuous until they break ground. The first three attempts were a bust, but last night a van rolled up half-past one in the morning.

There were two guys with flashlights wearing those reflective safety vests. They left their van running while they walked around in the grass for a while. They didn't go too far, maybe a soccer fields distance, shining their lights back and forth. I think they were looking for something. They were talking about something, but I was too far away to hear (I was hiding in a bush by the road). It definitely didn't seem like the first time they've done this; they had a plan before they got to the Green.

The drove off at around two, and they seemed pretty disappointed about it. I guess they didn't find what they were looking for.

I'll be keeping an eye out for them again. Something tells me they aren't done searching.
